Marcel Flisiuk autodidact artist who started his professional career in New Orleans at the age of 11, was born in Gdansk, Poland, where he spent his early childhood.
In New Orleans he gained international contacts, was found by his future, faithful collectors of his artwork, many of whom followed his career over the years. Marcel is devoted to his art; his passion and his life. His silent childhood in Poland : being born near deaf and experiencing the fear of the appalling environment he was growing up with his older, toddler sister, he also silently started developing his visions and translations of the chaos surrounding him into the universal painting of Humanity, and often - its inhumane manifestations.
